Foamcore is a very strong, lightweight and economical material used for sign making, mounting art prints, and making 3D sculptures. Prolab Digital can print directly onto foamcore using its UV Flatbed printer. Sheets come in ¼” and ½” thicknesses, and in standard 4x8 foot size. The printer’s 6 color inks produce vibrant, saturated colors that have many years of longevity even when exposed to the sun.

Foamcore is a very inexpensive material while being durable and having good outdoor life. Use it for outdoor or indoor signage, yard sale signs, temporary event signage, and anywhere that low cost signs are needed. 3D sculptures with printing can be made from foamcore for tradeshow and display applications. You’re only limited by your imagination when it comes to the uses for this material.
