Our UV Flatbed printer can image directly onto a number of substrates, including Coroplast, a lightweight twin-wall fluted polypropylene sheet that comes in four different thicknesses. The 4mm thickness is most commonly used, and signs as large as 54” x 120” can be printed in one piece. Being able to print directly onto substrates gives Prolab Digital the ability to offer very economically-priced printed products, and entirely eliminates the step of laminating printing to a substrate.

Because of its economical pricing and durability, Coroplast is ideal for outdoor and indoor signage, including temporary and permanent signs. Coroplast has a long outdoor lifetime and is water and stain resistant . The six color inks used by the flatbed printer have a great resistance to fading. Outdoor usage can include real estate signs, bus shelter graphics, event advertising, store signage, exterior vehicle signage, and campaign signs. Coroplast is an economical material for indoor use, also, and is appropriate for point-of-sale displays, retail signs, trade show graphics and displays, and even product packaging.
