Outdoor Mesh Banners

Mesh banners are used for outdoor advertising because they allow wind to flow through instead of being turned into sails. The reduction in wind load prevents tearing and more importantly keeps them from being ripped from their installation. The mesh has a loose weave pattern and consists of enough material for graphics to be clearly displayed on it. It is the ideal material to use for advertising in coastal communities or areas with high wind conditions. Mesh banner material is available in a variety of weights and finishes. In addition to a 10 oz. Mesh banner, a 13 oz. Regular Mesh, and a 15 oz. Premium Mesh banner, there is the 15 oz. BIOFlex Green Banner which is eco-friendly and designed to break down in three to five years in landfills, while emitting no toxic emmissions. Prolab Digital has many finishing options available for mesh banners, including trim-to-image vinyl, grommets, hems, and pole pockets. Customized mesh banners can also be produced in virtually any size, as our Scitex XL Jet Grand Format printer will print sections 16 feet wide by 150 long. The 6 color UV inks used by the Scitex printer will last four to five years while retaining their color and brightness.
