Whether it is a sporting event, convention, marketing venue,
concert, show, exhibition, or even parade, we can help provide all
your banners, signs, and graphics for the largest to the smallest
production. Prolab Digital is able to produce everything in-house,
and has the expertise, personnel, and equipment to create and
produce complex graphics, signs, standees, award show backdrops, and
step-and-repeat banners. We can create banners in literally any size
using our Scitex XL Jet Grand Format printer, and heat welding
sections together to form a giant banner using our Miller 54-foot
WeldMaster.
Directional signage can be printed on our Lightjet 430 printer or
our Epson GS6000 solvent inkjet printer and then mounted to Foamcore,
Sintra, GatorFoam or Coroplast. We can also laminate the signage for
added durability and protection against weather.
An overlooked opportunity for advertising is to utilize the traffic
barricades and fences leading to the event parking lots. Graphics
printed onto vinyl mesh or banner material can be draped over the
metal or plastic traffic barricades to create advertising on one or
two sides. Advertising space can even be sold to event sponsors and
participants.
Prolab Digital has a long history of working with show business to
help promote Hollywood award ceremonies and movies. We have printed
the step-and-repeat backdrops for the Grammy’s, the Oscar’s, the
Screen Actors’ Guild Awards, Directors’ Guild Awards, and most of
the press junket backdrops for new release movies coming out. There
have been four ways we have produced the event signage depending on
the event producers needs. The first way is printing several 4ft x
8ft Matte Lightjet digital photo prints or HP 5500 UV inkjet prints
and mounting them to ½” black GatorFoam, laminating them and adding
custom made easels to allow the boards to stand on their own. The
other 3 options for producing the step and repeat backdrops are all
produced on our giant Scitex XL Jet grand format printer using
fabric material, matte vinyl banner material or canvas material. And
of course there are several different canvas materials to choose
from depending on the look and feel you are trying to achieve.
