PROLABdigital produces counter cards with easel backs, ranging in quantities from as low as 1 to 50,000 and sizes from 4x6, 5x7, 8x10, to 11x14 with single or double wing easel backs applied. Special sizes and die cut pieces are specified per your requirement. Low quantities are run on the Xerox DocuColor 2045 On-Demand printer and mounted to 2x ply chip board. A preferred option includes 3mil heat lamination for protection. For high quality and low volume and where price is not an issue, then photographic prints will be used, laminated and mounted to chip board.

For larger quantity volumes, traditional offset printing is usually the best bet.

Xerox DocuColor 2045 w/ Scitex Rip

This is the highest quality color copier and rip combination with the fastest through put. It is able to print on 8.5x11, 11x17 and 12x18 up to 12pt coverstock. Full duplex capability. Quantities : 1 - 1000 or more when you're out of time and must have your Counter Cards fast.

The best quality traditional printing when time is available and the quantity large enough. 6/6 colors with aqueous coating on 100s of paper stocks. Minimum quantity 500 up to 25,000. Special folding, die cutting, perforating available.
