Barricade Graphics with Nationwide Installation Available! - - View Samples
Do you need to cover a construction fence or barricade? At PROLAB Digital Imaging, we have a few several different vinyl banners, adhesive vinyl and mesh banners to choice from for you project. One of the most important aspect of the creating the design for the barricade signage is taking the correct measurements. Have someone measure the barricade or fence height and length at least twice for the most exact measurements as possible. PROLAB can send one of our installation crew to the site project and measure the barricade or fence for you if it is not possible for you to do it. It has happened too many times when we get files built to the wrong size, print the vinyl or mesh banners and it’s the wrong size.

PROLAB Digital Imaging has an in house design team that can help create the look and feel your project needs and design the barricade signage to meet your needs. Once the design is complete, PDI will help determine the best material to use, once we know the exact location and placement of the graphic at the site. We recommend mesh vinyl banners printed on our Scitex XL Jet grand format printer for most fence signage, scaffolding or barricades that will have wind that can easily blow the banner about. Mesh vinyl banners come in three different holes to banner material configurations and typically use the mesh supreme in most all projects. The mesh is attached to the fence or scaffolding using heavy duty zip ties and in some instances, wire is zigzagged between the grommets on the mesh banner and the structure.
For barricades made from plywood, we usually staple our standard vinyl banner to the face of the barricade signage or stretch the vinyl banner to face of the barricade. Masonite is sometimes used to build barricade and we will then recommend painting it with a primer and a semi-gloss exterior paint before we apply an adhesive vinyl banner. One way or another, PDI has a solution for your barricade sign needs.
